TO PLACE AN ORDER:

  • Order here using our secure shopping cart.
  • Phone (toll-free at 800-326-2375) or fax (503-284-6417) your order using our printable order form.
  • For calendars, journals and books you may specify just the name of the product when ordering (example, 2002 Tao calendar). For greeting cards please indicate the product code for single image cards (example: PE 652 for the Incarnation of the Sun card in the Primal Echoes series).

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Orders are shipped within three business days.
  • Orders within the United States may be shipped through the Postal Service by Priority Mail (estimated transit time, 2 to 6 days) or by Media Mail (estimated transit time, 2 to 14 days). Please note, greeting cards and catalogs cannot be shipped by Media Mail.
  • Orders outside of the U.S. are shipped through the Postal Service by First Class Mail (estimated transit time, 2 to 6 weeks) or by Priority Mail International (estimated transit time, 6 to 14 days). Please note, due to weight constrictions, only orders of four items or less may ship by First Class Mail. Any order of five or more items must be shipped by Priority Mail International.
  • Shipping through the Postal Service may take a bit longer during the busy holiday season.

RETURNS INFORMATION:

You may return merchandise purchased at full retail price for any reason within 30 days of receipt (sale items are sold on a non-returnable basis). We will exchange such merchandise for merchandise of equivalent value or refund your purchase price (this excludes shipping charges unless the return is due to damaged goods or other shipping errors on our part).

For returns information, please email neworder@amberlotus.com or call 800-326-2375. To facilitate your return we will need the following information:

1. The name and address item(s) shipped to
2. A daytime telephone number
3. Invoice/order number
4. Date that order was placed
5. How was your order placed? Through our website? By phone? By fax?
6. Title and quantity you wish to return
7. Reason for return

Our returns department will provide you with a returns authorization number along with instructions for the return of the item. Please note that we can only honor returns of items that were ordered directly through Amber Lotus.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Our web site can process international consumer orders. Please refer to the shipping tables above for postage costs to your area.

You may save money on postage charges, as well as transit time by ordering locally through one of our international distributors, listed on our international orders page.
